SPONGE RUBBER SHEETS
The sheets can also be supplied with two types of adhesives:                             

• permanent acrylic base adhesive transfer type, without support
• acrylic base adhesive with net support

SPONGE RUBBER PROFILES
Foam rubber profiles can be made in two ways:

• by cutting pre-existing sheets
• by extrusion.

From the cutting of the sheets are made several sizes of standard rectangular or square section profiles with or without adhesive.

The standard profile is supplied already packaged in single rolls or in practical industrial reels, to make it even easier to use.

As far as profiles obtained from extrusion are concerned, hundreds of existing dies are available and, in case of special applications, new ones can be made according to the customer's drawing. Unlike profiles obtained by cutting, extruded profiles guarantee the presence of a skin on the entire external surface.
Also in this case they can be pre-adhesive.

SPONGE CORDS
These are circular profiles from 2 mm to 30 mm in diameter produced by extrusion and packaged in reels.

We also have available some types of co-extruded profiles compact/expanded rubber or with metal core.

In addition to elastomers, we also produce semi-finished products with open or closed cells in other materials such as polyethylene, polyurethane and PVC.
Materials with self-extinguishing certificates for the railway and naval sectors (AFNOR NF 16, UL94 V0) are also available.
